Mrs. Katrina Hess is Chief of Operations for Hess Fine Auctions and one of three GIA Graduate Gemologists on staff. She brings to the company many years of expertise in gemstones and other jewels. Her staff lecture audiences have included the American and International Society of Appraisers, JCK at the request of eBay, the Florida Auctioneers Association, and the National Auctioneers Association.
