All art and antiques are sold "as is." We enjoy a terrific
reputation and we stand behind our descriptions. We give you a full 3 weeks from
delivery to show it to your local experts and to satisfy yourself that we have
described the paintings, art, or antiques properly.
Return Policy:
We guarantee all items to be as described. We reserve the right
to charge a restocking fee on any returned items. In event of a disagreement regarding
the authenticity of any item we reserve that right to involve an independent,
third party expert who has no interest in the item to make a determination.
If the independent third party finds the item matches the description then the
cost of the third party's fee will be paid by the auction buyer. If the independent
third party finds the item does not match the description the cost will be paid
by Hess Fine Art.
