First launched in the 1950s, the Rolex Submariner took a few years to catch on \u2014 but by the \u201980s, the Submariner was Rolex\u2019s most popular and enduring design. Last month, we bought from an Atlanta jeweler one of the rarest Rolex watches in the\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 world \u2014 the so-called \u201cnon-Submariner\u201d Submariner (upper photo).
